A flat rubber outsole that is oil- and slip-resisting helps you stay on your feet. And this outsole is heat resisting up to 572 degrees F.
Inside the shoe is a breathable textile lining and a removable EVA insole. A soft EVA midsole allows for feel. A fiberglass safety toe meets ASTM requirements for impact and compression and this shoe also is static-dissipative, making it a good choice for work around sensitive electronic equipment. Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Static Dissipative
Footwear is constructed of materials that, when in contact with properly grounded floor surfaces, will safely discharge static build-up through the shoe to the floor. Our testing experience contributed to the SD standard established in Section 6 of the ANSI Z41 and carried over to ASTM F2413-05.
