With the women's HOSS Lacy, you get a quality brown leather 6 inch lace up safety boot ideal for work outdoors that is puncture resistant and waterproof.
Affixed to the upper with direct attach construction is a midsole containing a Lenzi plate that meets ASTM standards for puncture resistance. This plate protects the soles of feet from sharps, such as nails, on the jobsite. A composite safety toe cap meets requirements for impact and compression, protecting toes from falling objects and/or rollover. No metal components make the Lacy a security-friendly boot. And this boot also meets requirements for electrical hazard resistance. A polyurethane outsole with a defined heel provides traction.
The Lacy is comfortable. A Hydry waterproof membrane keeps feet dry. Extra depth is built in, giving this boot a roomier feel. For additional comfort, the Lacy has a removable, contoured insole composed of a dual density rebound foam that maintains shape with daily wear. A soft suede tongue and padded collar contribute to the fit and comfort of this hiker-style work boot.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Puncture Resistant
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
Waterproof
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
Non-metallic
Constructed using no metal material or parts. Perfect for working environments that require passing through metal detectors.
