KEEN Utility® Carson Men's Aluminum Toe Electrical Hazard Athletic Work Shoe
With the men's KEEN Utility Carson you get an athletic hiker with certified safety features and a slip-resistant, KEEN.REBOUND wedge outsole.
This 6 inch hiker has a black textile upper with grey accents that is both breathable and lightweight. The height and a padded collar supports ankles; the pull tab assists with foot placement. Cemented to the upper with a contrasting white color is the KEEN.REBOUND wedge midsole. This midsole provides instant cushion and resists compression with each footfall. Attached to the midsole is a Keen Grip rubber wedge outsole that not only is durable, but also earns high marks for slip and oil resistance with Mark II testing.
An aluminum protective toe is light weight and meets or exceeds ASTM standards for impact and compression, keeping toes safe. And the Carson also has a level or resistance against electrical hazards.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Electrical Hazard
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
